Hello, I am Anna!
I never originally planned to become a coach. My path began with academic preparation for PhD studies in Switzerland, where I focused on phenomenology and metaphysics. My work was dedicated to understanding existence itself — and, within that, the nature of human existence — through the lens of philosophical and aesthetic texts spanning from antiquity to the present day.
Sound itself — experienced as movement, frequency and will — is analog to the very patterns of both the cosmos and the human mind, making it a living bridge between the two. Over time I came to see that music and musical education are not just artistic practices, but profound gateways to awareness, healing, and human growth.
Although I was preparing for what seemed like a life-changing academic career, since the age of 19 I’ve been continuously involved in various self-development and awareness practices, because despite a seemingly stable childhood, my life was filled with silent struggle. I swung between high-functioning anxiety and false optimism, while privately experiencing it all as failure.
The breaking point came with the arrival of COVID, when my plans to pursue studies in Switzerland collapsed. Soon after, I lost my company overnight and inherited a failing business along with a lawsuit—passed down within my family under the guise of “teaching me a lesson.” No amount of positive thinking could lighten the weight of that moment.
"Starts where other finish"
This sentence by Robert Szentes struck me like lightning and opened my eyes wide. At that time, caught in the crisis of long-standing personal struggles and a life situation that felt unbearable, his words hit me with unexpected force.
